These Six Key Steps are VITAL For Success
1. Make Your Decision ~ throughout my Childrens life I have taught them to find something THEY love to do, find a way to get paid doing it and consequently, they will NEVERwork a day in their life. I didn’t care what it was, flip burgers, CEO of a Fortune 500, be a stay at home Mom BUT make it legal 
!!! You would be shocked to know how many people loathe what they do, I believe it is upwards of 87%. WOW, how sad is that? Please do not be one of the 87%,make your decision on what your true passion is and GO FOR IT!
2. Clarity of Your Vision ~ Now that you have made YOUR decision on what it is you want, have a very clear idea of what it is you want to achieve while putting all the pieces of the puzzle together. While you are doing your research, your passion WILL grow stronger and so much more visible that it will look like a painting on a canvas come to life.
3. Focus ~ Now this could be the hardest step of all, reason being that, there may be people in your life that will:
a. discourage you
2. make fun of you
3. belittle you
4. not support you
therefore, you MUST put on the blinders and focus on the prize, YOUR Dream, YOUR passion.
May the force be with you!
4. Commitment ~ I love this one! Although it can be difficult to stay committed, this is the step that WILL get you where you want to be. By staying committed everyday,you will actually see and feel your passion come to life. It may be a slow process but the rewards are bountiful and your inner self will feel jubilant. I have found that setting a certain time of day aside, whether it be 15 minutes, an hour, whatever time you set, definitely helps with staying committed.
5. Belief ~ I look at this one as “The Pretty One” because when you close your eyes and KNOW that this is real and its all yours, the smile on your face is simply breath taking. All along you knew and believed in your passion regardless of what it took to get there. It appears that everything you think about, talk about and dream about is exactly that, believing in your passion. I actually listen to a 20 minute audio everyday: Manifestation Meditation , that has completely having me where I want to be in my life.
6. Take Action ~ This is the true test if you really want to succeed. You have steps 1-5 in place now put them into 5th gear and burn rubber, only you can do it. Know that nothing can stop you but YOU!

Finally 4 proven ways to fail at Network Marketing has
been revealed. Who really needs to learn how to succeed
in promoting your Business Opportunity, there are plenty
of articles, capture pages, blogs, etc on convincing you
how to make it in this industry. Its time to get down and
dirty on how to master the 4 proven ways to fail or possibly
learn a little bit about yourself in these 4 steps.
1. Buy leads and build relationships on social forums
a. This just may be my favorite of all, here’s why. When you purchase
those LEADS that people have requested more information about a
home based business, do NOT call them by any stretch of the means.
Why you ask, because they want what you have and you will NEVER share that
information simply because you dare to have someone duplicate your business.
How dare they!
b. Sign up for every social media on the internet and request everyone to be your friend.
Now, work diligently on getting to know ALL of them sharing common interests, favorite
foods, how many kids, etc. Ok, now this is the critical part on making sure you fail at this
technique, when they ask you what you do, do NOT speak, write, respond in any way shape or
form. If you do, well all I have to say is that you may have sadly made a sale, you DO NOT want
this to happen, I repeat you do NOT want this to happen. If you do then you will have succeeded
and you are looking to fail, remember?
2. Convince yourself that you have the worst warm market in the universe.
a.This is most likely the most crucial step you must start with.
Being that everyone has a warm market, make it very clear to
everyone that your warm market is burnt, this will guarantee
your failure. You see, when you talk to your warm market, you
take the chance of stealing people away from the ones that crave
success. This step is NOT for people with courage, it takes complete
commitment to bypass every channel to success.
3. Stay clear of prospecting otherwise you WILL make money, plain and simple.
a.This is one technique that takes effort, being on or offline. You
risk the chance that someone wants you to tell them about your business,
this is a BIG No-No, we don’t want that.
b.When you hand out your business cards, marketing materials, etc. set up
a firm phone appointment or a belly-belly appointment. It is crucial NOT to
call or meet them this will show weakness on your part that you want to
be a success.
4. Stay very focused on studying
a. We have all been told the importance of staying one step ahead of our competition,
RED ALERT, RED ALERT. What you need to do here is purchase every possible book, cd, dvd
that has to do with: motivation, inspiration, SEO, How to Blog, Video marketing, article
writing, how to this, how to that, etc. After you have spent 60+ hours a week reading,
watching and listening to them all,put them on a pretty shelf preferably behind your desk
so you do not have to see them anymore, after all you know it all now and do
not want to apply this knowledge to prospects, once again you risk the chance of making a sale.
They are best when they are covered in dust.
Waiver
In my heart of hearts I am convinced these steps if followed through properly will put you in the FAILURE Spotlight considering you are not seeking success. For those of you that have read this and are seeking success, just do the complete opposite of everything I discussed here, because you will then succeed.

Home Based Business vs. J.O.B. is probably one of the biggest dilemmas a person is emotionally challenged with as far as their career choices. Being that I have been an Entrepreneur the majority of my life, I know first hand the freedom I have of being my own boss. I had tried the corporate world and it really did not resonate well with me, but that’s me, I guess you could say I am “UNEMPLOYABLE.” Funny thing is while I was in the corporate world, I was running small little side businesses, not so much for the income but for the passion I have for entrepreneurship. It amazes me how many people are not cut out for this “Be Your Own Boss” career and I am convinced it has to do with the years of conditioning from generations of being told what they need to do with their life:
1. go to school and get a good education
2. get a job for what you were educated in
3. work the required 35-40+ hours a week for 35-40 years
4. retire and enjoy life
Well you know what, that theory may have worked back 50-60 years ago but not anymore. Its just like technology and medicine, it grows, improves and changes. People that are locked in that mentality MUST open their minds to change and improvement. Please do not misunderstand me, not everyone is cut out to be their own boss and I strongly believe its because they do not have the confidence or discipline to carry it out. It does take alot of discipline to work your own business. There have been times throughout my career as an Entrepreneur that I said, it is so much easier working a 9-5 J.O.B. than build my own business, however, its MY Business I am building, NOT someone elses. I determine my pay check NOT someone else. Let me ask you a few of questions and be honest with your answers to yourself:
1. Do you feel you get paid for what you are worth?
2. Do you feel appreciated by your Boss/Company
3. Do you feel you are paying to have a J.O.B.? (Traveling exp, car exp., uniforms, suits, etc)
Most people will answer that they are underpaid, under appreciated and yes paying to have a job, to me that is so sad.
When I speak to people about starting up a home based business, I am adamant about them not quitting their current job if they have one until they have built their business to where in equals or is greater than their current pay. I also have them keep records on their business expenses because unlike working for someone else, having your own business has many perks and great tax benefits. So if you have to travel somewhere for your business, you can use that as a tax write off, can you do that with a job, NO you cannot. The list goes on with tax benefits, too long to list here.
So, Home Based Business vs. J.O.B. ? Only you can answer that but I would suggest to at least make an effort and give it your all to be your own boss, the rewards are infinite.

The importance of Mindset is key throughout your life. I was recently at a mindset seminar and throughout the day, the speaker would tell us of different stories throughout his career of people he has coached, met and became Friends with.
This particular story to me was quite inspiring for those that do NOT believe there is more to life than what has been generationally engrained in their minds their entire life, starting from childhood.
Jimmy had the traditional generation mindset. His Parents, Grandparents, and so on were butchers. So it was Jimmys destiny to become a butcher and follow in his Familys footsteps. Jimmy was working 70+ hours a week and was not making the money of what he thought he was worth. Then one day Jimmy was introduced to network marketing and thought he could definitely do this. He jumped in with both feet,bought every training kit, every seminar, every book he could get his hands on and couldn’t wait to start making it in this business!
Jimmy, read every book, watched every video, listened to all the audios and FAILED at his first network marketing venture. But being the Man that Jimmy was his passion to succeed in this industry was even stronger than ever. Long story short…Jimmy tried 17 more network marketing companies and FAILED!!!! He knew deep down to his core that if he tried just one more time, just one more, but Jimmys Wife was getting real upset with him because he had spent most of their life savings on all these ventures pursuing his dream. Now Jimmy is in his 19th network marketing company and here’s where all of his hard work, dedication,persistence and drive got him…Jimmy went on to make $400,000 a MONTH in the 19th company he tried and is the top earner! Now, Jimmy goes on the road and speaks to groups about never giving up and always having faith, even when it seems like nothing is going right. This is my absolute favorite part about Jimmys story, Jimmy was 80 years young when he was the Top Earner, simply amazing. Jimmy is now 84 and is engaged all around the world as a speaker to Network Marketing Companies.

The moral of this article is “Never give up on your dreams, NEVER.” Chances are you WILL run into heartache, frustration, tears, Friends and Family telling you you are crazy, but its your dream,
and YES you can make it realistic through perseverance, drive, passion and staying focused on the prize!

Yesterdays article was about the importance
of blogging and videoing everyday to get the
traffic you strive for to build your business.
Well, before I posted and cut a video yesterday,
my Alexa rating had dropped dramatically during
the five day test. The last Alexa rating was:
9-13 GLOBAL- 468,995 US- 69,459 7AM
Shortly after I captured that info, I shot a quick video and
posted an article…well this morning I checked my Alexa
rating and WOWZA, WOWZA, WOWZA…..unreal results:
9-14 GLOBAL- 448,880 US- 60,455 9AM
I cannot make this stuff up…so, as I said yesterday and I will
repeat it again….be consistent with posting on your blog with
articles, videos….CONTENT, CONTENT, CONTENT is Key !!!

Catch and Release negative thoughts

Catch and Release negative thoughts is a very POWERFUL technique that will change your mindset as long as you apply it. When you have a negative belief – catch it out loud, slam it into an imaginary garbage can, put a helium balloon on it and release it away. When you have done that, come up with a word of conviction and a body movement that will validate your release, IE: I say “BAM” and firmly clap my hands.
1. is it possible to catch and release?
2. are you willing to catch and release?
3. are you ready NOW?
This nugget I had learned at Dr. Benny Morris’ seminar and I have to say, IT WORKS. Lets face it we are all faced with negative thoughts on a daily basis. They could be from something someone said to you, an action that you witnessed or even something as simple as your computer crashing just like mine did while composing this article, thank goodness for autosave 
Here is a true story of a dear Friend of mine [no names will be mentioned for privacy reasons] My Friend is CONTINUALLY belittled and made to feel very inadequate as a Man and Father for NOT being able to provide for his Daughter the way the “belittlers” think he should. He is a very hard working Man and when he is not working his J.O.B. he is diligently building his home business. I have told him on many occasions that He is a good Father for the little things he does for His little Girl. Its not about the THINGS you can buy, its the reading a book, sharing an ice cream cone,pushing her on a swing and praising her for the good things she does that are priceless.
He virtually gets NO support from these “belittlers” for his efforts on his home business and is basically told he is wasting his time. I have advised him on many occasions to focus on the positive and the pay-off for his business AND personal life WILL change dramatically.
I am intending for this article to shed some light on the many people that are trapped in the same nasty web my Friend is.
Releasing toxic thoughts is very cleansing for both your business and personally. Harboring those nasty thoughts just builds up in your mind until everything around you is crushing and your body posture is slumped over and the tone in your voice is very down and monotone.
Most people, such as myself, like to surround themselves with positive, energetic, successful individuals, so why not be one of those where people WANT to be around you.
So, now ask yourself the 3 questions above:
1. is it possible to catch and release? ABSOLUTELY
2. are you willing to catch and release? You better be
3. are you ready NOW? I KNOW you are !

1. to feel a need or a desire for; wish for: to want one’s dinner; always wanting something new.
2. to wish, need, crave, demand, or desire (often fol. by an infinitive): I want to see you. She wants to be notified.
3. to be without or be deficient in: to want judgment; to want knowledge.
4. to fall short by (a specified amount): The sum collected wants but a few dollars of the desired amount.
5. to require or need: The house wants painting.
intend:
1. to have in mind as something to be done or brought about; plan: We intend to leave in a month.
2. to design or mean for a particular purpose, use, recipient, etc.: a fund intended for emergency use only.
3. to design to express or indicate, as by one’s words; refer to.
4. to mean or signify.
5. Archaic . to direct (the eyes, mind, etc.).
I attended a private seminar that Dr. Benny Morris was gracious enough to present to Numis Reps ONLY!
He kept us on our toes, physically, mentally and spiritually throughout the day. There was a lot of laughter, ah-ha moments, tears and as I say “BAM” now I get it.
I cannot begin to tell you the nuggets Dr. Benny shared, I have pages of notes that will take quite sometime to breakdown, absorb and eventually share with you.
Dr. Benny is truly a Man of integrity, knowledge and compassion, he touches every heart that he comes across, I know he did mine. In this intimate venue, Dr. Benny touched on many topics, all of which were based on mindset. In this video I discuss wants and intentions:

The Psychology MUST knows of people when prospecting is a valuable tool to master for your business. We all prospect to build our business and strengthen our organization. I have to admit, there have been a handful of times I have actually declined people from joining my team simply because, well, they were extremely needy and not as sharp as I want on my team to be.
The following are the 4 different personality types:
FIRE
Strengths – Decisive, goal-oriented, results driven, self starter, competitive.
Weakness – impatient, blunt, impulsive, poor listener, fears inactivity, quickly bored by routine.
Motivated by : Results, money, challenge, power, credit for achievement.
Ultimate desires: freedom, authority, highly motivated by money and results
FIRE people are highly motivated by results & money. Do yourself a HUGE favor when on the phone with this personality type, NEVER and I mean NEVER rant and rave about all the great things that you do and have accomplished with your business. They want and only want the facts fast and how they can make MONEY!!!
ICE
Strengths - Accurate, high standards, analytical, detail oriented, methodical.
Weakness - Perfectionist, overly cautious, analyze all facts before making a decision, too critical of self and others.
Motivated by: The desire to be RIGHT and maintain quality.
Ultimate desires : Clearly defined tasks, stability, security, tasks requiring precision and planning.
ICE people want a step-by-step, detailed schedule of what they need to do on a daily basis. Once they have all of this, guaranteed this personality WILL do it !!!
WATER 
Strengths: Patient, team player, compassionate, sensitive, supportive, loyal
Weaknesses: indecisive, influenced by other people, avoids confrontation, fears change
Motivated By: desires for appreciation, good relationships
Ultimate Desires: security, quality relationships, harmonious environment
WATER people will stick with you like white on rice, forever! They are
amazingly loyal to people they like and are NOT motivated by money but by good solid relationships.
WIND 
Strengths: Enthusiastic, motivated by fun, very emotional/passionate, outgoing and know everybody
Weaknesses: not detail oriented (messy disorganized), Impulsive, “feelings” above logic, unrealistic, very talkative
Motivated By: fun, approval of others
Ultimate Desires: Friendly relationships, helping & motivating people, enjoying life
WIND people are the ones you want to personally call and praise when you get them into your business. They thrive and become extremely motivated when praised. Elaborate on the many bonuses, incentives and trips (if any) and how much fun it is to achieve these goals
Now understand these 2 rules:
1. learning how to relate to people by identifying their personality type, without this, you CANNOT build your business
2. knowing that ONLY Fire personalities are motivated by money
Once you have mastered and recognize this you will then know how to close them into your business and make them successful.

Discipline in life

Discipline in life is key to achieving success in every thing you do.
I had come across this quote today:
“Disciplining yourself to do what you know is right and importance, although difficult, is the highroad to pride, self-esteem, and personal satisfaction.” ~ Margaret Thatcher
and it inspired me to write a brief article.
One very important lesson I have learned being an Entrepreneur
and working out of my home is that discipline is the main key to succeeding in my business. Yes there are other keys but without discipline you are plain old finished, history, finito. Being that I am a Domestic Engineer as well, there are days I look around and think, “I should clean this”, or “dust that” or “food shop”, etc. well you have the idea. Now if I did NOT have discipline as part of my daily activities, I would first off NOT be writing on my blog about this because I would not have an audience to share this with and secondly,I would not have a thriving business.
The day you implement a strong discipline into your life, you WILL see dramatic changes in everything you do. You will feel so much better about yourself mentally, physically, spiritually and yes monetarily. People around you will be comfortable in your presence and will want to listen to what you have to say. Your self-esteem will exude with confidence which is a very attractive and sexy trait to have.
So, with that being said, start today with disciplining yourself with excitement and you WILL reap many rewards.
