So who is Diane Rosolen?
Diane is a Woman of great passion for EVERYTHING she does, everything.
She will stop at nothing to help people whether she knows them personally or not.
When Diane was a little Girl she always dreamed of having her own Business just like her Daddy. Diane would set up boxes and chairs in her backyard, gather up her Sisters and Friends and Voila’ Diane was in business selling her pick of the day, whether it be flowers she picked from her Mothers garden, cookies she made that day or the good old favorite….Lemonade.
Now Diane is a big Girl…worked for a couple of Major Corporations, got Married and then decided to have children. She got out of the Corporate world, raised her 3 beautiful Daughters and did some deep soul searching. Although Dianes role as a Mother will never end…she yearned something for herself. Dianes memories of being that little Entrepreneur Girl kept coming back to her and that is when she started a retail business for most of the 90′s: Gourmet Coffee & Tea Shop AKA “The Sipping Cottage” in NY. After 7 years of rising costs of keeping the shop afloat, Diane decided to pack it all up and move down South with her Family for a fresh new start !
Diane took a few years off and embraced the life of being Mommy and all the many rewards that come with that blessing. Well now that her Girls are all grown up, Diane decided to see what all this craze was about WORKING OUT OF THE HOME so she started searching the Internet for the perfect Home Based Business.
Holy Moly….there were thousands to pick from…where does she start, Diane asked herself. She filled out a couple of forms online just like millions of people do everyday. She had no idea that her in box was going to be flooded and phone ringing off the hook from just filling out a couple of forms. The words of great success and thousands of dollars a month were a dime a dozen…
Diane had narrowed it down to one Company and started her very own Home based Business and had generated a decent living. She was putting in 16-18 hours a day, spending money on advertising and getting very creative along this journey. Business was growing but not at the pace Diane had hoped for considering the long hours and money she had invested. In mid December of 2007, Diane had to make the decision to cut back on a lot of her expenses and giving her dreams till the end of the month and hoping for a positive turn around.
The 3rd week in December Diane got a phone call from a woman asking why she was canceling the program she was in….Diane told her, “Truth is, I am cutting back on expenses otherwise I loved your program.” She felt the passion in Dianes heart but also heard the sadness in her voice knowing how hard she had worked. She asked “If I could show you how to turn this around would you be willing to listen?” Of course Diane agreed and thanked God for sending her this Angel, Patti. She took Diane under her wing and has been by her side ever since flooding her with valuable tools, words of wisdom and many laughs. Diane now knew that she was going to finally bring her Business to the next level.
Now, we are in 2010 and boy has this education of making her dreams come true been a crazy ride. Diane has learned more than she ever did in college about the importance of building relationships in the network marketing industry. It is not always about the sale, its about getting to know the needs and wants of the many people you come across. The importance of aligning yourself with the leaders in this industry can be the success breaker you need to make your dreams a reality.

Hello Diane,
Thanks for the connection. I believe we are both Tobri Members on FB. I also had the same entrepreneurial dream that you wrote about. I started in 2005 and made a big mistake of stocking a garage full of weight loss products. Boy was I naive.
Six years later things are going well. I have met so many wonderful people online and will never punch a clock for someone else.
Glad to see that a mentor showed up in your life and shared some wisdom with you about being a giver and I wish you continued success.
that is terrific Danielle….it is definitely a learning curve, but the good thing is that now when I speak to people that are newbies, I can guide them into the right direction!
